Who handles your data

AI Founders Table is a community activity organised by AI Founders / Madrid. For anything about your data write to aifounderscommunity@gmail.com.

Sessions take place in a space hosted by a third party (Mad Tech Campus). That space is not the controller's address and does not manage this application's data on its own.

What data we handle

• Account: your email, needed to sign in with an access link.
• Basic details required to request a seat: full name, phone and LinkedIn profile.
• Optional profile: what you are building, what you need, what you can offer and your next step.
• Seat activity: requests, bookings, waiting list, cancellations, attendance and no-shows.
• Operational records: team actions on your request and pending notices stored in an internal queue.

Why we use it and on what basis

• Handling your request and your seat: processing necessary to deal with the request you start.
• Optional profile and what you share about your project: consent, which you can withdraw by clearing those fields.
• Running capacity, waiting list and attendance records: legitimate interest in operating a six-seat table and respecting people who do show up.
• Security and traceability of team decisions: legitimate interest in being able to review what was approved, rejected or cancelled.

What is required and what is not

Email, full name, phone and LinkedIn are required to request a seat: without them we cannot organise the group or reach you if something changes.

The rest of the profile is entirely optional and you can leave it empty or clear it at any time.

Technical providers

The application relies on hosting, database and access-email providers contracted to run the service. They process data on our behalf and only as needed.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Account and profile: while you want to keep access; if you ask for deletion we remove it except what we must keep.
• Requests, bookings and attendance: kept while useful to organise upcoming sessions and resolve issues.
• Internal decision records: kept for traceability for a reasonable, limited period.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to aifounderscommunity@gmail.com from your account email and we will reply within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our reply you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: https://www.aepd.es/

Security

Access to personal data is restricted to the team with admin permissions. Private tables are not reachable from the browser and every operation is validated on the server.

Changes

If we change this text we will update the visible version (2026-09-16) and the date. New requests will require accepting the version in force at that moment.
