What it is and what it costs

AI Founders Table is a shared working table organised by AI Founders / Madrid. Taking part is free: no payments, fees or plans.

Creating an account or filling in your profile does not reserve a seat or guarantee access to any session.

Seats and slots

• Six seats per slot, Monday to Friday.
• Morning slot 09:00–14:00 and afternoon slot 15:00–20:00 (Madrid time).
• You choose a slot, not a specific chair.
• Requests for a slot close 24 hours before it starts.

Request and approval

When you request a seat your request stays pending. The team reviews it and approves or rejects it; only once approved is your seat confirmed.

You can cancel your request or your seat from My AI Founders. Please tell us early so someone else can take it.

Waiting list

If a slot is full you can join the waiting list. It does not guarantee a seat.

The team reviews waiting-list requests. If a seat frees up, the offer is assigned at random only among requests already approved for that slot, and it must be accepted explicitly before it expires.

Attendance and no-shows

We record whether you attend, do not attend without notice (no-show) or cancel. A repeated no-show pattern may lead us not to approve new requests.

Shared space

People work in shared quiet and with respect for the rest of the table. No selling, no aggressive recruiting and no recording others without permission.

The host space has its own access and usage rules; taking part means respecting them.

Responsibility and confidentiality

Everyone is responsible for their laptop and belongings, and for what they choose to share about their project.

Confidentiality is not guaranteed: share only what you are comfortable with others hearing.

Each participant keeps the intellectual property of their work. Being at the table transfers no rights over it.

Changes and cancellation on our side

We may change times, close requests or cancel a slot for operational or venue reasons. If that happens, the status inside the application is the valid source of what happens to your seat.
